FREDA A SCHROCK

Freda A. Schrock, 60, of Cheswick, formerly of Salisbury, died Oct. 18, 2001, at St. Margaret's Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born on Sept. 16, 1941, in Elk Lick Township, she was the daughter of Edward S. and Thelma (Murray) Bittinger. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, James R. Schrock; children, Leroy, married to the former Dawnrae Hammond, Pittsburgh, Bruce, married to the former Melissa Cordier, Etna, Shari, married to Lawrence Heffron, Lower Burrell, Edward, married to the former Jennifer Ashbaugh, Plum; grandchildren, Genesis, Casey, Chelsea, Tyler, Gina, Dillion, Max, Jesse and Jacob; brothers, Raymond, Dubuque, Iowa, Elwood and Paul, both of Salisbury, Lawrence, Latrobe; sisters, Margaret Baker, Boynton, and Joyce Hollada, Salisbury.

Freda was a nursing assistant at the Presbyterian Home in Oakmont.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday with Pastor Timothy Swindell officiating. 
Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
