Born December 16, 1924, in Boynton, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Russell and Gertrude (Bittner) Walker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis C. Christner. 

Mrs. Christner was a member of Boynton Church of God, Women of the LOO Moose, Frostburg and was a homemaker. 

She is survived by one son, Paris L. Christner and wife, Deb; two daughters, Bonnie L. McKenzie and husband, Henry, and Doll Christner and companion, Ed Winner, all of Frostburg; two sisters, Mary Schrock and Jane Barnhart, both of Salisbury, Pa., and two grandchildren, Scott McKenzie and Lacy McManus.
